One of our brokers can give you a Broker Price Opinion. This is an estimate of the current market value of your home done by a licensed real estate broker that works directly in marketing and sales of the property. Unlike an appraiser, a Broker can instantly start to market and sell your property if you like the estimated price. Buyers can also use a BPO to determine if what they’re offering is in line with the current market.
