Hi, i’m William Coll, founder of Coll & Co. As one of the few combination real estate and insurance brokerages in Puerto Rico we pride ourselves in offering our clients a one of a kind suite of services. I started this company because i noticed that while real estate and insurance were related industries that often overlapped, few of the brokers i met had the knowledge or qualifications necessary to truly advise clients on their property insurance needs. My father had worked in both real estate and insurance so i knew enough to guide my clients through the basics but i wanted to do more than that. So, i obtained my Insurance producer license and became dual licensed as a real estate broker and Insurance producer. I’ve made it my mission to guide my clients through the complicated Puerto Rican real estate and insurance market. That’s why i see myself as a problem solver more than anything else. H.U.D. repossessed homes, luxury properties, rental management, commercial buildings, and insurance for al of those; i’ve worked just about every step of the market and feel ready to take just about any issue and make your transaction as smooth as possible.
